Superior Technical Resources is looking for an Executive Assistant for our Client located in Los Angeles, CA *Duties include proofreading and editing as well as clerical / administrative support such as answering telephones, scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating events, creating expense reports, preparing mail and overnight deliveries, copying, faxing, filing, assembly of documents and other clerical duties, as needed.*The position requires strong organizational skills, including completing projects accurately under tight deadlines, and the ability to learn and follow office procedures and protocols. *Create reports, presentations, and correspondence and perform data entry with accuracy and clarity under tight deadlines*Have a professional demeanor and appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to respond quickly and with good judgment under tight deadlines*Excellent written and verbal communication skills*Possess a sense of urgency and be able to work in a fast-paced environment*Have the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects *Be able to proof their own work and the work of others*Bring a creative approach to planning and coordinating internal events*Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed*Process expense reports and travel arrangements*Be responsible for print production, filing, and tracking documents *Create presentations, correspondence, proofreading, and editing, clerical and administrative support: Answering phones, scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating events, creating expense reports, data entry, preparing mail, copying, faxing, filing, print production, tracking documents, document assembly, oversee inventory, other clerical duties as needed.*Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 (1 hr. lunch)Talent and Resources, Aligned. www.superiorjobs.com. Required Skills / Qualifications:*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field Preferred Skills / Qualifications:*The Administrative Assistant is needed for a variety of tasks and must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). *Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential, as well as strong typing skills (minimum 60 words per minute recommended) and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.*Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook (advanced skills in Sharepoint if possible).*Flexible, Quick learner, able to work under tight deadlines, good judgment, able to work in a fast paced environment, able to multi-task, strong organizational skills, strong typing skills, able to create professional PowerPoint presentation, excellent report generation skills, professional attitude and demeanor, advanced Microsoft Office 2010 skills.*Minimum typing skills - 60 wpm. *Possible temp to perm for right candidate (temp to perm - based on candidate's background and how well they do in the position).
