IT Director (production monitoring)
Awesome opportunity for a IT Director responsible for production monitoring of the of the infrastructure and application landscape on a 7x24x365 at a global technology company.
You will be responsible for: Enterprise Monitoring and Infrastructure Management operations, ITIL Process Framework, Computer Operations, Mainframe, Distributed Systems, Database, Networking, expanding the standard monitoring tool footprint, and driving continual improvement in Monitoring KPIs and OLAs.
You will be responsible for maintaining the standard Event Management / Monitoring process across the environment.
This is a direct-hire position in North Atlanta. 10-20% travel required.
