Job Description 


Group:  MCIS

Clearance Level Needed:  None

Shift:  Day

Provide Tier 3 support to various hardware and software technologies in an enterprise environment including network troubleshooting. Applies analytical techniques when gathering information from users, defining work problems, designing technology solutions, and developing procedures to resolve their problems.
Monitor systems using SCOM, manages active directory, User IDs and permissions; creates and manages print queues; manages document management database; maintains the backup solution and restores backups as needed.
Required Skills:
Intermediate skills: Hands-on experience in the following areas: Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, BES, Windows Server, Enterprise Backup solution, troubleshooting network issues, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, technical writing, and verbal communication/briefing skills.  Ability to multitask.
 


Job Requirements 

Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.Additional QualificationsAbility to obtain a public trust
