United Wholesale Mortgage has an Elite team of Inside Account Executives. UWM AEs are unparalleled in their mortgage knowledge, customer service and are truly devoted to Lending Made Easy. Only at UWM are AEs able to guarantee 10-day closings!
From submission to close, the entire process is easy and efficient. Our Inside Account Executives set the right expectations and train their accounts to utilize UWM’s easy paperless submission process.
Upon completion of the UWM 4-week Training Course, Account Executives will graduate with superior knowledge of all loan products and guidelines in order to provide world class customer service to approved Brokers, Banks and Credit Unions.
What Does an AE Do?
- Provide exceptional customer service to approved Brokers, Banks and Credit Unions nationwide
- Train accounts on the UWM Website, programs/products and processes
- Possess superior product, industry and competitor knowledge
- Build and maintain productive relationships with accounts
- Monitor performance of accounts and AE pipeline
- Travel to conventions and meetings as required
MUST HAVE 3 YEARS PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS A MORTGAGE BROKER, LOAN OFFICER OR WHOLESALE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE. IT IS NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERRED THAT CANDIDATES HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE MORTGAGE INDUSTRY WITHIN THE LAST YEAR TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
THIS IS AN INSIDE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE POSITION BASED IN TROY, MICHIGAN. CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE OR BE ABLE TO RELOCATE TO THE METRO DETROIT AREA. We are not currently seeking Outside or Remote Account Executives for this position.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience originating/selling/closing Conventional, Government and Non-Conforming Loans
