Procedure Technical Writer
CCCi has an immediate need for Standard Operating Procedures Technical Writers to join our energy client in St. Petersburg, FL.

Procedure Technical Writer Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the writing and documentation of standard operating procedures for applicable Grid Modernization projects.
- Procedures will represent key information critical to the delivery of processes that are to be implemented and in alignment with the project deliverables.
- Work with a BPM Process Designer and subject matter experts to develop and document Standard Operating Procedures including procedure narratives to align business process maps, document related business requirements, and document other process workshop outputs as needed.
- Work closely with business process and change management resources to develop training and change management documentation.

Procedure Technical Writer Required Qualifications:
- At a minimum the level 5 development effort would require conducting small group sessions and/or interviews with SMEs to document the content for the level 5 task detail.
- Managing/importing screen shots from new systems/applications under development into a Word document would also be a necessary skill set for this position.

Procedure Technical Writer Desired Qualifications:
- Some experience in facilitating meetings.
