Job Description

Operations Analyst is project and/or operational focused and includes analyzing data and providing recommendations for operational and financial improvements. The candidate is required to conduct detailed analysis of operational data, processes, and policies that impact a function/department?s ability to meet business requirements. The candidate provides day-to-day support of operational systems that a function/department supports or owns. This includes identifying issues associated with daily operations and providing feedback to management on possible courses of action. May support the Sr. Operations Analyst with certain projects or operational analysis.

The Custodian Transaction Team (CTM) is a department in Disclosure & Custodian Operations responsible for performing bailee validation on loans prior to certification . This is a production environment with defined daily timelines that must be adhered to in order to avoid impact to customers. Individuals are responsible for validating bailee letters against Client's internal systems, verifying data and communicating with document custodians the outcome of the validation to include necessary corrective actions as needed. Position requires attention to detail and flexibility while working in a fast pace environment to ensure that customers are funded accurately. Individual will work in a team of full time Client employees. Individuals must be self-motivated, dependable; responsible and available to work at a minimum from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm daily.

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree
Strong communication (both written and verbal)
Strong analytical skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel
