Equity Surveillance Compliance to conduct surveillances of equity and derivative trading. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring trading activity using various exception based reports. Investigate potential compliance issues with management, Technology or operational staff as necessary and document findings. The candidate will analyze and organize data or help to identify trends in a timely manner.
The candidate will work closely with the Business and Technology partners to enhance existing surveillance reports as well as develop and design new reports that address new or changing regulatory rules. The candidate will also have to maintain accurate, organized and current compliance records and documentation in a manner consistent with the departments needs.
Broker Dealer or Regulatory experience is preferred. Prior Compliance experience is a plus.
