1. 5 7 years of Production support experience. Needs to have hands on experience and this is a very much hands on role. Needs to be technical
2. Must have extremely good PL\SQL, Perl, Unix, Autosys
3. Great to have: Python.
3a. Exposure to Credit Risk or collateral or Fixed income products will be an added plus. Needs to have financial industry expericence.
4. The position involves hands on production support for both application as well as user support . This requirement is for 'ARCTIC ' application.
5. This will involved weekend support as needed and comp offs will be granted as appropriate.
6. Needs to have hands on ITIL experience with Incident, Problem, change, user support management.
7. Needs to have experience with audit and SOX.
8. Needs to be able to pull up metrics for reporting on KPI s
9. Needs to be able to communicate very well and establish a great relationship with the development teams and work with follow the sun model with the support teams.
