Synergy Systems is a Mid-Senior Oracle PL/SQL developers with Informatica PowerCenter ETL experience for a long-term contract position with one of the country’s most innovative wellbeing solution providers located in Franklin, TN.
This rewarding position will collaborate with a very experienced team of analysts and developers creating Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence applications to facility health information exchange with Healthways national clientele which include some of the world’s largest health insurance providers and large commercial employers.
Job Responsibilities
-Full life cycle responsibility for data warehouse and data extract implementations from design to deployment and operational support
•Extensive Informatica ETL, PL/SQL Stored Procedure, and UNIX shell script development
•Deliver of mission critical data extracts to external clients governed under strict service level agreements
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of Oracle 10+ development experience including PL/SQL stored procedure development
• 3+ years of Informatica PowerCenter development experience
• 1+ years recent experience in Informatica PowerCenter version 8.x.
• 3+ years experience delivering data warehouse, ETL, and/or Data Extract solutions
• Extensive Unit, Integration, and Performance Testing experience is essential
• Moderate Unix command and shell script coding skills
• Ability to write and execute comprehensive unit test plans, scripts and SQL
• Ability to translate ETL Mapping Specifications into functional Informatica maps, sessions, and workflows is mandatory
• Ability to program Unix shell scripts in applications that schedule, validate flat file data, execute SQL, archive files or FTP files
• Good writing and communication skills
• Dedicated, hard working and quick learning
