* Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Quality Assurance Engineers to design, build and maintain Database schemas, Efficient ETL solutions, Replication strategies, Reports, Dashboards
• Monitor running database applications to find performance or scalability problems and recommend solutions
• Obtain and clarify requirements as necessary
• Estimate and plan with the development team to help ensure delivery schedules are met
• Work with the operations team to troubleshoot production issues
• Create ETL processes and ensure day to day data flow is being completed

* Expert knowledge of SQL and relational database systems, preferably within a web applications environment
• Strong understanding of performance and scalability considerations when building applications
• Strong understanding of object oriented programming and application development languages such as Java, C#, and .Net
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Database Administration
• 5 years of experience in SQL Server
• Experience with Windows Server
• Experience with SSIS
