Superior Technical Resources is looking for a Customer Care Specialist for our Client located in Phoenix, AZ*Position is in the Transportation industry. Business-to-business call center, Monday through Friday.*Hours of operation 6am - 4:30pm, shift may vary based on business need. *Candidate will be inbound 80% and outbound/offline 20%. *The candidate will respond to telephone inquiries by following standard operating procedures and will perform a variety of transactions requiring comprehensive working knowledge of the Company's products and services.*Outbound calls will be required to perform soft collections, process returned mail and expired or declined cards. *Candidate performs research and analysis, account reconciliations, and other tasks as assigned by Team Lead. *Candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and work ethics including very strong attendance.* Ability to work as a team self-motivated and has high productivity.  Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: *Minimum of 3 years call center experience. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: *Bilingual-Spanish is a plus.*Must have prior call center experience and a very strong attendance record.
