Our client in Vernon Hills is seeking a customer service representative for an 8 month contract position. Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
Customer service and inside support services to large accounts providing assistance in the following areas.... general inquiries and problem resolution, providing pricing of product inquiries utilizing internal system as well as internet. Must learn compliances of individual accounts to follow specific account guidelines. Position reports to customer service manager and is conventional in nature and not a call center environment. Client will provide full training. Candidate must commit to full length of contract and have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service office environment.
Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:00pm.
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong keyboarding skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet searching
Minimum 1 year customer service experience in an office environment
