Help Desk Analyst

Randstad Technologies is currently hiring a Helpdesk Analyst to work for their client based in the Richmond, VA area.  This is a direct hire / perm placement opportunity.  All qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of helpdesk support experience supporting a Windows and VMware environment. 



Job specifications include:



  • Answers IT Help Desk calls and assists users with questions.
  • Install and configure network computers and printers.
  • Responsible for system performance managements and troubleshooting.
  • Add, delete and modify user profiles, e-mail services and security permissions on network server.
  • Add, delete and modify shared program files on network server.
  • Implement daily and weekly backup of network.
  • Maintains computer and related office equipment.
  • Maintains logs of software and hardware specifications, upgrades, repairs & purchases.
  • VMware experience, A+ Certification a plus
