National Financial Services Company looking for a RECRUITING ASSISTANT.
This position provides administrative assistance to the Recruiting Manager and other members of the human resources department.
The Recruiting Assistant successfully supports the internal and external recruiting process and provides information to the recruiting staff, hiring managers, and candidates.
The position performs basic recruiting functions such as scheduling candidates and managing recruiting paperwork, background checks, offer letters and Calendar management of Managers and Recruiters.
1-2 years of experience in a recruiting atmosphere.
PowerPoint,Excel and Lotus Notes experience.
