Job Description

The Intersect Group is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk III Analyst to join our client in East Atlanta. This will be a 3-6 Month Contract-to-Hire position. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years or more of Help Desk experience. An MCSE 2003 Cert or MCITP 2008 or more recent equivilant is required!

The HD Analyst will be receiving escalations from lower tiers and will be expected to pull from their prior troubleshooting experience to find resolutions to various issues such as: Troubleshooting Windows Server issues, Active Directory issues, Exchange issues, etc. Many issues will involve in depth troubleshooting of network devices such as: routers, switches, and storage devices. SNMP troubleshooting, monitoring, and configuration experience is a big plus.
