We're searching for a technical leader to help guide client engagements, which contain a significant technology component as a core of a digital marketing solution. Similar to a consultant, he/she works closely with the internal team and consults on the application of technology to new marketing technologies, methodologies, software and processes. This person isn't just passionate about the latest in digital technologies but has the ability and wherewithal to communicate clearly, succinctly and provide senior level leadership to clients, prospects and our teams. Often, this person will be architecting technical solutions for client engagements, new business opportunities and providing thought leadership to the industry at large on behalf of the company. It is critical that this person is a leader that can communicate effectively, is calm under pressure and can articulate complex technologies in layperson terms to non-technical people.

Responsibilities:
•Architect digital technology solutions regarding business and marketing challenges that clients are seeking to solve.

•Leading the internal Solution Delivery team including producers, technical developers and other cross-functional team members. Mentor other team members

•Ability to communicate and explain complex technical solutions to non-technical people. Communicate various aspects of a project to the client throughout implementation and delivery

•Proliferate the company's ongoing expertise in the areas of web development technologies, content management systems, social media applications, rich media technologies, data tracking technologies and all other relevant areas. Staying current on current technology trends and best practices

•Lead the identification of project requirements and the definition of feature sets

•Participate in project estimation and technical project planning activities. Work on multiple projects simultaneously

•Contribute to business development activities; working with sales teams and account directors, leading the development of technical proposals and creating client presentations

Requirements
*Prior experience implementing with two or more modern content management systems

•Strong appreciation of user experience design and the tools and techniques required to deliver

•Proven track record estimating projects accurately and delivering them on time

•Experience successfully leading cross-functional teams

•Experience with formal software development methodologies/lifecycles; Agile development experience preferred

•Proven communication and teamwork skills

•Strong aptitude for identifying problems and areas of improvement

•Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment

•Flexible to evolving responsibilities and a fluid work environment

Education/Work Experience:
•BS or MS in computer science or equivalent in experience

•Prefer 5+ years of demonstrated success in a consulting environment architecting and delivering complex web applications

•Prefer 3+ years experience functioning as a lead technical on complex software projects

•Microsoft Certifications preferred
