Superior Technical Resources is looking for an Assembler our Client located Taunton, MA*Follows the proper steps to achieve an acceptable product while following quality specifications and guidelines, in a safe working environment. *Responsible for accurate record keeping as per supervisor / lead person’s direction. *Reports any suspected problems or questions involving the product or paperwork to the Lead Person or Production Supervisor. *Follows and understands GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practice) and OP.’s (Operating Procedures) as it pertains to their responsibilities. *Set up work areas with proper components for completing the assigned tasks. *Maintains a neat and orderly work area to ensure efficiency and safety. *Utilizes documentation such as the Bill of Materials (Work Order) product specification drawings and company equipment (Rulers, Tappi Chart, Go No Go Gauge) to achieve an acceptable product.  Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:*High school diploma or GED.*Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.Preferred Skills / Qualifications:*Able to complete all required paperwork correctly. *Mathematical and measuring skills are required. *Able to set-up Branding equipment. *Able to brand coils per specification. *Able to load and unload post cure ovens. *Able to program post cure ovens with correct cycle as per specification. *Able to operate Spooling equipment. *Able to spool tubing per specification. *Able to clean and package all products including molded products. *Able to set-up and operate tube rinsing equipment. *Able to assemble pump sets per specification. *Able to drill, vulcanize, clean and package TCAZ products. *Able to assemble Sil-Sols / Tru Union products. *Able to clean and package Erie products into Gaylord’s. *Meets all Quality, Quantity and good Manufacturing practice to satisfy customer requirements, performs other duties as assigned and keeps the work area clean.
