Info Security & Compliance
Responsibilities: Kforce is looking for a senior Info Security and Compliance resource with the skills below with an emphasis/ strong experience on OIM, and Federation. Required is not so much Oracle database skills but Oracle Identity. Java Knowledge is a plus.

Skills Required:
Identity Management - General Concepts:
- Knowledge of provisioning/deprovisioning
- Knowledge of password management
- Knowledge of workflows (implementation experience will be a plus)
- Auditing & Reporting
Identity Management - Platform Experience:
- Oracle Identity Manager (11g platform preferred)
- IBM Tivoli Identity Manager or Novell (if no good OIM work experience, candidates experienced with other COTS product who can learn fast can be considered)
Oracle Identity Manager Experience:
- Install & configuration from scratch
- Clustering & high availability configuration
- Various connector implementations
- AD/LDS or Directory provisioning (ADAM/LDS will be a plus)
- UI customization experience
- Knowledge of OIM APIs
- Scheduled jobs & Reconciliation
- Single SignOn integration (integration with any access management platform - OAM or SiteMinder)
- Performance tuning
- Large scale identity management implementation experience will be a plus
- Plug-in experience - Tasks & Event handlers
- WebLogic administration knowledge & expertise is highly recommended
Identity Management - Auxiliary Skills (some of this may be mandatory based on long term need):
- Knowledge of web application concepts
- Java experience (core java; experience with frameworks like struts/Springs can be a plus; webservice)
- LDAP & Database - experience with queries
