Senior Product Realization Manager - Security Services

 Description

Job Description:


  • To provide product realization and life cycle support for Premises Security Services and Security Device Management portfolios.
  • These positions will be responsible for updating product marketing materials for sales and customers, and the creation of new marketing materials as new services are delivered to market.
  • This position will create and manage the processes for the customer experience, including development of requirements for web tools and reports, interlocking those requirements with development teams, and testing and accepting the final solution into production.
  • Incumbents will also develop and manage a Factors of Production model to measure and evaluate the portfolio results against plan, and identify areas for improving the portfolio.
  • Develop and manage implementation processes to support the service turn up of large complex premises security deals, working with sales, care, operations and engineering teams to overcome obstacles and ensure timely turn up of services.
