Responsibilities:

• Provide trouble-shooting support for Meditech Lab system.
• Validate lab orders, ensuring the information is going through the workflow correctly.
• Provide first line-support for end user help desk tickets.

Qualifications:

• Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) degree or Bachelors in Healthcare.
• IT Lab Analysis experience.
• EMR experience, Meditech preferred.
• Ability to articulate Lab workflow.
