DESCRIPTION:
The Business Systems Analyst should have a good grasp of system/solution design and the skills to propose several alternatives in solving a problem. Solid written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory, along with an orientation to detail and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience working in some phases of systems analysis and data analysis. The BSA communicates status, prioritizes requirements, influences and obtains approval for requirement documentation. Possesses exceptional client management skills and is self-directed. This particular business systems analyst role will be focused on business processes and reporting needs to support our client’s initiative to set up a UK-based fully functioning commercial branch with lending and deposit taking capabilities. The candidate should be flexible and have experience dealing with ambiguity and changing strategies.
Job Requirements
7 or more years of experience including demonstrated lead role in requirements elicitation. The ideal candidate has BA experience in the financial services arena and experience interfacing with offshore development teams and QA testers. Work experience in the US preferred.
