Job Description
Our client, a leader in the government services industry is seeking a Logistics Engineer/ILS Manager to provide contractor logistics support to the US Coast Guard C4ISR and Integrated Logistics Support Product Teams (IPTs). Candidates will be required to have strong military background as aircrew/maintainer in electronics, mechanical & networking of aviation systems to monitor, review and expedite critical requirements.
Additional Duties Include:

Create, review, and maintain electronic and web-based aviation maintenance, operational, and training documentation.

Perform detailed edits of technical documentation to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to customer specifications.

May be required to develop and deliver documentation regarding assigned subject matter such as presentations, minutes, white papers and other technical and/or program documents.

Participate in C4ISR Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and team meetings, problem review boards, software/hardware engineering review boards and associated meetings.
- Liaison with design agent C4ISR ILS representative for all delivery task order (DTO) support issues. Understanding of military Aviation Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS), aircraft inspection criteria, & aviation safety requirements is a plus.
