Eclipse as Teamcenter customization framework (TeamCenter is an engineering design application under the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) umbrella.
ITK programming
User exits - server side
Rich Client interface customization - client side
UI form - client side
User services - client/server
Teamcenter BMIDE - Business Modeler Integrated Development Environment (BMIDE) (This is a confirguration and admn tool that helps to manage workflows, create user groups, etc.)
Strong JAVA programming
Work Flow Handlers
