NextGen Support Analysts

The ideal candidate will responsible for the following:
• The System Analyst’s role involves working on requests from the patient financial services department by updating files, researching and resolving issues, and implement upgraded features.
Responsibilities include the ability to provide the following functions:
• Update profiles, claim edit and master-files
• Design and build reports based on multiple user needs and requests
• Revise procedures and documentation to reflect changes in systems
• Design and revise tasking processes to support automation
• Hold status meetings and communicate changes in software
• Utilize an event management system to manage tasks and issue tracking
• Work with system users towards their department business metrics and goals
• Update security
• Support interface to GL, patient refunds and ERA processing
• Training of End users and supervising managers
• Upload contracts
• Scheduling support
• New Practice creation
• Additionally, the position is involved in writing reports and working with vendors utilizing or interfacing to the NextGen EPM system (Enterprise Practice Management system), also, enhancing automation by using vendor tools, and assisting the departments in meeting regulatory changes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Demonstrates experience with NG version 5.6 (Required)
• NextGen EPM certified (Desired)
• At least 2 years NextGen EPM support experience is required
• Familiar with NextGen workflow (Required)
• Experience with EMR software is highly desired
