Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Contacting customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their loans and obtaining payments, commitment agreements, or establishing repayment plans. This is considered 2nd stage collections.
Job Requirements
Must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of collections experience within a call center environment
Experience using skip tracing techniques preferred
Excellent customer service orientation and written / verbal communication skills
Professional telephone demeanor
Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
