Job Description
Looking for qualified Customer Service Rep. experienced with Medicare or Medicaid Health Care Billing
Duties Include:
- Responding to inbound calls / emails from various clients and clinics
- Authorization and Verification of Insurance Requests
- Records Management
- Medical Billing / Coding
- Authorization extension requests
Job Requirements
1 - 3 Years experience in Health Care Billing
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Detail Oriented / Organized
MS Office Suite
Various Office Equipment - Copying, Faxing, email etc...
Ability to work Independently
** Medical Billing (InfoSys) software a plus
** Oracle is a plus
