Network Operations Management
Project Description:Augment staff to handle increased workload during the remediation of application hosting infrastructure and assist in tools integration.
Job Description:Manage an operational team of technical managers that provide Web Hosting support services to external clients in a 24x7x365 environment. This is an operational reliability role requiring day-to-day operations (ticket, queue, call and incident management; operational metric reporting; etc.) with a focus on operational excellence.
Job Requirements
1) Incident Mgmt Expert Required
2) Change Mgmt Intermediate Desired
3) Problem Mgmt Intermediate Required
4) Windows Server Intermediate Required
5) Unix Server Entry Level Desired
6) Networking Intermediate Required
