Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for one or more medium to large and complex program(s). The key focus of this position is program planning, coordination, tracking, monitoring, and statusing of program activities. May assist in recommending business/technical solutions/alternatives and understanding the future goals and strategies of the organization and the clients.
Must work as part of the team that manages and facilitates all client impacting projects and issues. Must be able to contribute to processes, templates and activities that will improve the ability to maintain a comprehensive program view.
• Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
• Defines requirements and plans project.
• Defines resources and determines schedule for project/program implementation.
• Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
• Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
• Maintains project documentation.
• Manages and stays on budget.
