Sapphire Technologies is looking for a Cisco Network Engineer for a contract position in the Orange County area. This candidate will be troubleshooting from the desk (not on site with the hardware). They must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Position is typically at 24/7 business operation. Incumbent may be required to work off shifts (i.e. 2nd, 3rd, weekends)
