A client of ours in San Antonio, Texas is looking for an IT Recruiter for a year long contract. Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:
Role: Will partner with the client Enterprise Business Operations business unit to proactively manage the full life cycle recruitment of highly skilled IT Professionals.
Requirements include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System. Demonstrated ability to work independently and facilitate effective working relationships within diverse constituencies. Demonstrated experience managing client and vendor relationships. Proven communication experience with all levels of management. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
Developing appropriate and consistent communications with Hiring Manager to ensure a customer and candidate centric recruiting experience. Managing appropriate and effective interviewing strategies that benefit all participants and ensure a fair and positive candidate experience.
Providing strategic direction and council to Hiring team regarding market trends, concerns and possible opportunities for opportunistic hiring. Ability working in a compliance-driven organization (accurate documentation and compliance is a must. Creatively sourcing, screening and presentation of executive candidates.)
Responsible for meeting pre-established volume targets, staffing cycle time, controlling costs, while ensuring the quality of the candidates referred.
