Sapphire Technologies a leader in the IT Staffing Industry is looking for a Systems Architect for our client located in Boston, MA
This position Position requires in-depth, proven expertise in the integration, configuration, and support of the Portia investment accounting system in a SQL Server environment. Project work will also be linked with implementation of a new fixed income order management system.
Candidate must be able to configure, test, and implement new Portia functional modules (at version 9), restructure and streamline Portia batch processing, make intelligent use of the Portia report writer, and provide well-communicated and accurate responses to end user queries related to Portia. Must also be able to write and implement efficient SQL queries; and perl scripting is a plus.
