Job Description
Responsibilities: The incumbent must be familiar with all operational aspects of clinical trials including the planning and execution of assigned trials implemented worldwide. Prefer candidates with lab data handling experience. Must effectively liaise with all participating functional areas that are represented at the clinical trial team as well as subsidiary personnel. Must have demonstrated leadership skills with ability to create and work in high performance teams and/or matrix organization. • Must be able to collaborate to resolve issues. • Must be able to articulate clear operations strategy. • Must have solid understanding of functional area responsibilities associated with the clinical development process. • Must demonstrate strong project management
