Description:
Superior is currently in need of Customer Education Trainer’s who will become certified to provide customer training on a 'family' of office products for one of our clients. They will achieve customer satisfaction objectives by professionally delivering standardized training curriculum to the office product customers on an as needed basis. This is a part time position with hours varying from 0 to 40 on a weekly basis, great flexibility, as well as local travel (more than 50% of the time). Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide customer training on office copying/printing products using standardized lesson plans and curriculum Adapt training to meet customer's requirements Contact customer within 24 hours of receiving assignment to schedule training Document and report all time and expenses related to the delivery of training on a weekly basis.Make a Superior career choice today. www.superiorjobs.com.
