Description:
Superior Technical Resources is looking for a Customer Servce Representative for our client located in North Hollywood, CA.
  • Provide e-mail support for various Business Units.
  • Provide phone support for Member Services related inquiries.
  • Approve and reject account names.
  • Review and process snail mail.
  • Handle miscellaneous assignments. SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREDList requirements, including specific tools, first; list “nice to have” as preferred or desirable skills.
  • Positive, friendly and helpful attitude
  • Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong aptitude in problem solving and detail oriented
  • Self motivated individual capable of managing work with strong sense of ownership/urgency and with little direct supervision
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure with calm reserve
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products
  • Experience in providing technical support a plus

    Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Phone based customer service.Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
