Superior Technical Resources is looking for a Customer Servce Representative for our client located in North Hollywood, CA.
Provide e-mail support for various Business Units. Provide phone support for Member Services related inquiries. Approve and reject account names. Review and process snail mail. Handle miscellaneous assignments. SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREDList requirements, including specific tools, first; list “nice to have” as preferred or desirable skills.
