Description:
Electrical QC Inspector Demonstrated ability and experience inspecting printed circuit board assemblies to IPC-A-610 class 2/3 standards. Can read and understand manufacturing drawings and data sheets. Computer experience using Microsoft Windows based programs. Experience inspecting cables and cable assemblies to IPC/WHMA-A-620 desirable. Mechanical QC Inspector Demonstrated ability and experience inspecting mechanical assemblies and raw materials using calipers, depth gauges, pin gauges, and dial indicators. Can read and understand manufacturing drawings and data sheets. CMM experience desirable. Computer experience using Microsoft Windows based programs. Responsibilities Ensures incoming materials meet compliance to drawing specifications and purchase order requirements. Uses associated drawings, checklists, work instructions, and referenced procedures to inspect materials. Maintains files and database information related to inspections.
