Description:
Superior Technical Resources is seeking an experience Optical Engineer to work with a client of ours within the defense industry on a 6+ month contract based in Nashua, NH. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of optical engineering principles, theories, and concepts. Senior Optical Engineer will be responsible for the creation and development of moderately complex optical systems and subsystems for military and aerospace environments. Individual will be capable of leading segments of the overall optical design and serve as the primary interface on programs with optical content. Individual will be responsible for performing analyses and trade studies on optical systems and documenting results and recommendations. Senior Optical Engineer will also be responsible for testing of complex optical systems to resolve design and manufacturing related problems. This individual will work closely with the multidisciplinary design team to ensure affordable and producible optical solutions meeting end item performance, schedule and cost requirements.Make a Superior career choice today. www.superiorjobs.com.
