Superior Technical Resources is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter for a Customer located in Chantilly, VA. Seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record to perform as a full life-cycle Technical Recruiter. You will be responsible for professional level recruitment activities on wide range of technical and non-technical positions requiring security clearances in the intelligence community. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing and prescreening, facilitation of the interview/offer process, and applicant tracking. You will partner with the organization to create effective staffing and candidate sourcing strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining applicant information in alignment with company regulations and OFCCP requirements. The ideal individual must be creative in their approach in sourcing candidates through direct and/or personal networking and Internet searches. Must be able to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility and professionalism. Must have the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management. An understanding of employment laws and regulations. Must be able to work independently and as a team member. Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
