Responsible for the consolidation of numerousreporting locations.

Prepare monthly financial statements.

Assist in the preparation of the 10Q,10K, Annual Report and other SEC reporting.

Maintain corporate ledgers and providemonthly account analysis.

Assist with yearly planning andquarterly forecasting.
