Job Description
Must have Food Manufacturing exp. 3-5 years quality exp in a food manufacturing plant. Performs functions necessary to maintain food manufacturing controls and completion of documentation in accordance with current GMP’s. Understand the flow of raw materials to finished product. Properly fill out paperwork as related to line/department. Proactively promotes GMP and other production related issues. Can sign off on finished blends based on knowledge of what the products should taste/look like. Fully cover all aspects of quality department in all areas. 2nd shift role
