As a Sourcer, you will partner with our Head of Life Science Search in recruiting top life sciences professionals globally.  You will strive to fully understand the position requirements, generate candidate leads utilizing passive resources and effectively screen candidates.  You will also act as an 'industry expert' to track and disseminate industry information and trends to aid recruiting activities. 
 
To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to proactively identify top level talent through aggressive sourcing.  In addition, you will need previous experience developing an active database to maintain ongoing relationships with potential candidates.  Ability to add value to staffing process through influencing others and exhibiting flexibility to support different open positions based on search portfolio is required.

You should also demonstrate success in the following areas:

Skills:
2+ years experience in cold calling & internet sourcing - THIS IS A MUST! (Required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (Required)
A high degree of professionalism (Required)
Excellent communication skills (Required)
Experience with candidate tracking databases, MS Word and MS Excel.
