Supply Chain / Procurement Analyst
Large Manufacturing Client in the Chicago area seeks an experienced Supply Chain Analyst for supporting the procurement, planning, forecasting and inventory flow of raw materials, subassembly and finished product. Responsibilities involve product and component sourcing with domestic and international vendors, production planning/scheduling, inventory analysis, ERP system integration, and liasion with customers, domestic/internatioal supplier base, and several in-house departments. Job Requirements
Background in most of the following criteria are preferred - domestic and international sourcing, including travel and negotiation with supplier base, inventory control, with cycle counting and process improvement background; production planning and/or scheduling, for assembly and packaging production lines; knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Software essential. APICS and/or CPM certification a plus. Bachelors Degree preferred.
