Job Description
Responsibilities:
Hot patch coordination, troubleshooting
Manage and resolve incidents and issues for Applications/Products
Manage critical issues with QA/Engineering/Product Management
Propose and create procedural guidelines and solution related product documentation
Job Requirements
5 years product support experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong customer management skills
Strong business communication skills in English
Hands on or working knowledge of XML, DHTML Win2K, WebLogic, WebSphere, SQL, Oracle, MySQL Also applications – IE 5.5SP2/6.0/ 7.0, MS Word/Excel
Understanding of application and data integration
Working understanding of RDBMS design. At least 2 year experience with SQL/Oracle experience is a big plus
Experience with Enterprise Application Integration Tools, Reporting Application or Web Based Application support/troubleshooting is a plus
