Helpdesk Technician  

THE CONTRACTOR WILL FILL A POSITION ON A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES CONTRACT. THE CANDIDATE QUALIFYING FOR THIS POSITION WILL WORK 32-40 HOURS PER WEEK, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, DURING DAYTIME BUSINESS HOURS.

OVERTIME AND WEEKEND WORK ARE RARE AND UNEXPECTED. POSITION PROVIDES SUPPORT AT VARIOUS GOVERNMENT OFFICES IN LA MIRADA, GARDENA, REDONDO BEACH, EL SEGUNDO, LOS ANGELES, AND WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA.

Job Description:
-CONTRACT TO HIRE POSITION
-THE POSITION MOSTLY PROVIDES SUPPORT TO GOVERNMENT AUDITORS STANDARDIZED ON DELL LATITUDE LAPTOPS. 99% OF SYSTEMS UNDER WARRANTY.
-PROVIDE DIAG AND REPAIR OF SYSTEMS.
-PROVIDE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TO INCLUDE UPDATES OF CERTIFICATES AND SOFTWARE AS PRESCRIBED BY THE AGENCY, UPDATES OF THE IMAGE.
-WORK WITH AGENCY REGIONAL PERSONNEL TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN IT SERVICES AT BRANCH AND SUB OFFICES.
-ASSIST WITH NEW EQUIPMENT ROLLOUTS. THERE MIGHT BE PRINTER REPAIR/MAINTENANCE, BUT THIS IS RARE.

Required Certifications: A+
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED.
