2 Year Contract

- Maintaining customer websites - performing minor changes and sometimes redesigns

- Perform a variety of tasks including customer tutorials for do-it-yourself pages, handling of customer owned domains, email troubleshooting and other miscellaneous tasks.

- Receive inbound phone calls from customers handling all non-billing issues related to their website.
****Outbound calls also required.
