Description:
'Superior Technical Resources is looking for a Subcontracts Administrator 5 to work in San Diego, CA.' Responsibilities: Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services in support of Fire Scout. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Expected to lead a team of subcontract administrators and provide guidance and mentoring to those Subcontract Administrators as well as review subcontract packages and provide the department manager with weekly status on all key issues impacting the program(s) involved. Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: Successful candidate should have minimum 10 years or equivalent experience and a Bachelors degree either in business or a work related field.Must have 4-5 years of experience with Integrated Master schedules and understand the implications of late starts and finishes, the critical path and how the management of those details impacts the Suppliers Earned Value reports. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications- a Bachelor's degree in business or work related field of study. Must have a working familiarity with cost type, firm fixed price and T and M subcontracts and must be familiar with Earned Value Management and be able to read and interpret Cost Performance Reports.
