*** This is a help desk support position only! Title and description may be misleading.Windows System Administrator supporting the Fremont, CA campus and the Americas field offices. Should be able to solve complex issues, possess good written and oral communication skills, and be able to work with little or no supervision. The responsibility includes troubleshooting and resolving user desktop applications issues, client software installations, Exchange email accounts creation and configuration, desktop backup and restores, printing, and imaging desktops/laptops with Windows OS.
