On June 19th, at The Tower Club in Tyson’s Corner, leaders of the IT Community gathered for the Excellence in Leadership Seminar. The topic of the day was "How Companies Limit Access to IT Talent & What can be done about it". This seminar was a success and the participants found great value in the validation of their concerns and the presentation of executable solutions. Mindbank looks forward to expanding on this Seminar with a series of related seminars. Subsequent Seminars will focus on increasing the depth of understanding that is needed to truly become an agile corporation that is able to hire “The right minds, at the right time”.
