This marks the third year Adecco has been awarded this distinction, which was created to feature employers who show commitment to an aging workforce.

Recruiting and training 50+ workers has been a clear priority for Adecco. The company created the Renaissance program which attracts aging workers to apply for temporary positions by developing recruitment materials aimed specifically at this population. Additionally, Adecco offers full and part-time employees benefits that are particularly attractive to 50+ workers, including flexible work schedules, tuition reimbursement, in-house classroom training, online training and certification classes.
