Employment Plus is a human resources solutions firm headquartered in Bloomington, Indiana. Employment Plus celebrated its 19 year anniversary in February of 2011 and is proud to work with hardworking and dedicated individuals who make a difference in their associates and clients worlds every day!

Employment Plus originally offered traditional staffing services like short-term, long-term, and temp-to-hire placements. As it has grown, so have the types of services offered. In addition to staffing services, Employment Plus has added five other divisions to help its clients with a full range of HR solutions. These divisions provide services like technical recruiting, coaching and training, assessments and screenings, safety tools and supplies, and HR admin and support.

Employment Plus employs over 125 full-time employees and over 18,000 temporary associates across the United States.

Employment Plus has received several awards and recognition over the course of its history. Employment Plus received seven consecutive IU Kelley School of Business Growth 100 awards. For three years in a row, Employment Plus was named one of the fastest growing private staffing agencies in the country, ranking as high as 11th.
