Do you know that feeling when you’ve just hung up dealing with the Cable company and you would like to go and personally “find” the “Customer-Service” person that could apparently not care less about Customer Service? Well, imagine the EXACT OPPOSITE of that. That’s what you get when you work with Cornerstone. We have a simple philosophy that drives us, actually it’s pretty ancient, it’s called, “The Golden Rule”. It’s a way of treating people and it’s really fantastic. We treat you the same way we’d like to be treated if the roles were reversed. You see, we weren’t actually little miniature recruiters in kindergarten. We didn’t hatch from some little corporate cloning device. We were born, grew, made friends (even before Facebook) and became pretty neat people. We got dressed up and drove across town for jobs, waited in lobbies, and were interviewed by people that apparently didn’t spend a whole lot of time preparing for the meeting.
